“ We are 2 couples from north italy. We stayed on sardegna for 5 days and this is the best seafood we found on la maddalena island(Probabily the best price/quality seafood in Sardegna). The owner is very hospitality with smile, we can see kitchen from outside. We ate 2 times here and get very good service and we are very satisfied with the food. 100% recommend to all of you! ”

“ Delicious food (especially pasta), efficient and friendly service. It gets very busy by 20:30 so a reservation is recommended if you want to sit outside (on the covered terrace). The food felt very authentic and we were lucky to have been able to order the porccedu as it was the daily special (not on the standard menu). You also get an amuse bouche on the house which was good. Excellent wine recommendation. Would go back any day. ”

We came here end of September so it was low season and the restaurant was empty, so we were hesitant, but the service was fast and the food was delicious!! Big portions and good prices. Friendly servers and very fresh seafood. The seafood risotto was huge. They even accommodated my wife’s request to change the pasta on a boar ragu pasta. Local wine was good as well. We will be back. ”

“ Definitely the best meal we had in La Maddalena. It’s a tad hard to find - basically through an archway off the smaller roundabout, and at the end of the courtyard, passing two other restaurants. We got there really early and were lucky enough to grab a table. Service was prompt and attentive - my friend really wanted to try the fregola and this place does it in single serves, unlike many others. Better still, she warned it would take 30mins to prepare - it’s always good to know ahead of time. I wanted the seafood spaghetti and they managed to coordinate it so they brought them out together (in our Sardinian experience this was pretty unusual). And the food was AMAZING. Heaping piles of seafood, including a scallop, and perfectly cooked pasta. The fregola was tender and fragrant. We were incredibly impressed by the quality of the food. The prices were really reasonable too. Can’t recommend this place highly enough - was one of the highlights of our trip. ”
